Chairman

Narayan Jalan

Every child can rise above his/her circumstances and achieve success if he/she is dedicated to and passionate about what he/she does.

MOTHER TRESA

We, at Bridgeford School, aim to harness the individual passion of each child, so that they pursue their passion meaningfully to achieve excellence. Bridgeford Group, established in 2001 has completed two glorious decades of excellence in the field of education.

The Group started its journey in education with its first institution, Bridgeford School, Tupudana, a senior secondary CBSE school having state-of-the-art infrastructure, modern sports facilities, a team of meticulous and dedicated teachers, and enthusiastic students. The students at Bridgeford have ensured that the name of their alma mater shines high through various international and national accolades in the fields of academics, sports, art, and creativity. At Bridgeford, we believe in traditional modernism, wherein students are encouraged to move out of their comfort zones and work on innovative ideas, but, at the same time their personalities should inculcate traditional ideas such as humility, compassion, honesty, and forgiveness.

In the current pandemic, wherein hope seems to be the only emotion that provides positivity, we have ensured that quality education is imparted to our students in the comfort and safety of their homes. Our teachers worked overnight to create an online platform wherein academics, extracurricular activities, intra-house competitions as well as positive counseling classes are being held for the overall development of the students. It gives me immense pleasure to see that our school has moved out of the four walls of the school building into each household of our students and we are now imparting education in such a way that students are prepared to face global challenges as insightful and responsible citizens.

“A School is a building which has four walls, with the tomorrow inside.”

As we embark on another exciting academic year, I would take a moment to reflect on our journey together and share our vision for the future growth of our School.

The words of Mahatma Gandhi echo in my mind “Change is the only constant of life”. When Jawaharlal Nehru addressed the nation for the first time, little did we know that in a short span of about 70 years, our country would move forward to become one of the fastest-growing economies and the most promising countries in the world.

With the turn of the calendar, the commitment to take the school to greater heights is more firmly established. New energies and new blood pumped into the system bring fresh thought and a paradigm shift is being envisaged. Undoubtedly, this would require hard work, perseverance, and a firm belief in the adage ‘Yes, We Can’, but we are committed and with a firm resolve, would surge forth to accomplish the vision of our preceding stalwarts who set the tone and tempo for performance. Our vision is to foster a nurturing environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We strive to instill a love for learning, critical thinking, and resilience, preparing our students to face the challenges of the future with confidence and integrity.

Any institution works smoothly and attains recognition and its place on the ladder with teamwork and mutual trust. The parent body is an integral part of this trajectory. Their continued involvement, collaboration, and motivation to the student community will lead to the accomplishment of personal as well as school goals. Newer and more innovative ways of collaboration need to be evolved and implemented. To attain this, the institution is committed.

To the students, I have but one message to give. Dream big and work towards your goal. We, at Bridgeford School, Tupudana strive to see your beginnings culminate in unparalleled success. Success comes to those who are good human beings while at the same time excelling in scholastic as well as co-scholastic fields. You stepped into the portals of this great institution with fresh thoughts, lofty aims, high hopes, and exalted aspirations. I assure you that your ambitions will be accomplished through the able guidance of the highly accomplished and experienced faculty of teachers. In return, the school seeks superior ethics, a positive attitude, social and moral values, and discipline. Remember, you are the torchbearers and your first and foremost duty is to follow the footsteps of the trailblazer alumni yet chart a unique course for yourself.

To conclude, I would like to reiterate my belief with this quote by Henry Ford:” If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself’’. So let’s all join hands to take off on this journey to higher orbits of excellence.

Mr. Munish Dubey

“Education is not simply a preparation for life; it is life itself.” This quote by John Dewey encapsulates the essence of our educational philosophy at Bridgeford School Ranchi.

In today’s rapidly changing global society, the role of schools extends beyond academic excellence. We strive to inspire and empower our students to become lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and productive members of society. Our goal is to create an environment that fosters holistic development, where students are encouraged to unleash their full potential in the pursuit of excellence.

We recognize and celebrate the uniqueness of every child. We value the partnership with parents to gain a deeper understanding of each student, enabling us to work together to nurture their strengths and support them on their journey of self-discovery. We aim to instill a passion for their dreams and provide the motivation needed to soar to new heights and achieve their aspirations.

At Bridgeford School, we are committed to providing encouragement and support to help students grow, develop self-discipline, experience a sense of accomplishment, and find joy in their achievements. As educators, we understand the importance of adapting to the ever-evolving world and preparing our students to face the challenges of the future through a well-balanced curriculum and diverse extracurricular activities.

While we embrace technological advancements and globalization in our educational approach, we also emphasize the importance of instilling moral values and principles in our students. We strive to cultivate qualities of sensitivity and responsibility, nurturing them to become ethical and compassionate citizens of tomorrow.

In the words of Martin Luther King Jr., “The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.” At Bridgeford School, we are dedicated to fostering a learning environment that not only enhances intellectual growth but also nurtures the development of character and integrity in our students.
