We stress co-scholastic areas for students to develop Life Skills, Work Education, Visual and Performing Arts, Attitudes, and Values through various activities that are planned and executed in the school throughout the year.

LIFE SKILLS

Life skills enable the children to keep their body, mind and emotions healthy. Life skills of students are assessed by various activities-

  • The feelings they express after they read news/events/ information
  • The effort to find solutions for day-to-day problems
  • Roleplay
  • Coordinating/ participating in school functions
  • Involvement in morning assembly activities

  • Classroom management, decoration, cleaning activities
  • Activities revealing aesthetic sense (map, drawing, geometry, soft board/activity board decoration)

VISUAL & PERFORMING ARTS

These help the children identify their artistic skills; and express their novel thoughts, sense of beauty, and creative potential.

These are developed through following activities-

  • Drama etc.

WORK EDUCATION

It is promoted for holistic development of the children. It includes activities like –

Great thoughts and exemplary values among young children can be developed through diverse stories, songs, historical events, day-to-day events, and celebrations.
