Job Description:

Bridgeford School is seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Specialist to manage and streamline communication between the school and its stakeholders — including parents, students, and staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, tracking interactions, and ensuring an efficient flow of information using digital tools and CRM platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the school’s CRM database accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage parent and student inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Generate reports and analyze data trends using MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Support admission, communication, and feedback management processes.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
