Rules and Regulations
- Fee must be paid in cash, Bank Draft and through Credit & Debit Card in School Office & City Office.
- The school offers online fee payment facility if the parents wish to avail this option.
- The Tuition Fee is to be paid for twelve months and Bus Fee for eleven months.
- Fee must be deposited by the 15th day or next working day if 15th is a holiday for each month at the fee counter.
- Payment of school fee after 15th day of the month will be subjected to a late fine of Rs.50/- till the last day of the month.
- Non payment of the school fee will be subjected to a late fine of Rs. 100/- from the 1st day of the 2nd month till the last day of the month.
- Non payment of the school fee will be subjected to a late fine of Rs. 200/- from the 1st day of the 3rd month till the last day of the month.
- Name of the pupils, whose fee remain unpaid for the three consecutive months are liable to be removed from the register without any notice to guardians concerned and re – admission fee will be charged equivalent to one month tuition fee.
- All dues up to March must be cleared by 31st January of the current academic session. A fine of Rs.10/- per day will be charged after 31st
- No reminder will be sent by the school. Kindly co-operate.
- Fee can be deposited in advance for any number of months or for the full session, if so desired.
- Parents my kindly keep the fee deposit receipts and this book in safe custody and produce these to the school as a proof of their payment, if needed. In case it is lost Rs.50/- will be charged for duplicate.
- The bus facility once granted can be withdrawn only after the session is over.
- This card must be produced at the time of payment of the fees.
- The parents/students who have opted for online fee payment option are required to get this card updated time to time as per their convenience.
- Time schedule for payment of fee – School Office : 8.30 am to 1.00 pm City Office : 9.30 am to 4.30 pm
