Motivation
Motivation is something that
cannot be understood with words but with practice. It means to be moved by something so strongly that it becomes an inspiration for you.
Furthermore, it is a discipline that helps you to achieve your life goals and also helps to be successful in life.
Besides, it’s the most common practice that everyone does whether it is your boss in office or a school teacher or a university professor, everyone motivates others in a way or other.
Everyone suggests that a person lacks motivation, or directly suggests to remain motivated. But, no one ever tells what is the motivation or how one can stay motivated.
Motivation means to face the obstacle and find an inspiration that helps you to move further in life.
It is a strong tool that helps to get ahead in life. For being motivated we need a driving tool or goal that keeps us motivated and pushes us forward. Also, it helps in being progressive, both physically and mentally. Moreover, your goal should not be big and long term, they can be small and empowering. Furthermore, you
need the right mindest to be motivated. As they say ‘Self motivation is the best Motivation!’

स छिपा हुआ है। जब साहस का सूरज निकलेगा तब निराशा की रात अपने आप मिट जाएगी। अपनी शक्ति को पहचानिए। अपनी योग्यता को पहचानिए। अपने गुणों की खोज कीजिए। स्वयं को कमजोर न समझिए। आपकी शक्तियाँ कम नहीं हैं, केवल उन्हें पहचानने की देर है, मेहनत करने की देर है। ऊँची चाह, गहरी लगन, मेहनत और आशा के बल पर ही सभी कार्य सफल होते हैं। यदि आपने स्वयं को पहचान लिया तो वह दिन दूर नहीं, जब आप अपने काम में सफल होंगे और जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में उन्नति करेंगे।

Value Of Time
Time is very precious and we should not waste it in anyway. We can definitely earn money and spend it. We can also get it back but if we spend our time we cannot get it back. As it only comes once and never returns . So, this makes the time more valuable than money.
Most of the people in the world do not understand the value of time until they lose it. Some people in the world, prioritize money over time because according to them, time is nothing . But they don’t
understand the fact that it is the time that has given them the opportunity to earn money. The time is a prosperity and happiness and on the contrary, it also gives sorrow and grief.
The time is the only thing in the world which is limitless . Time can change our life and can make us a king or a beggar in seconds. Hence, we should be very cautious about how we spend our time.
MORAL – Time cannot be reserved and it is not limited. Utilise time thoughtfully.

Qualification Be Made Necessary For PoliticiansEducation is a cornerstone of a civilized society. It is education that boosts up minimum knowledge and intellect of a person. A well-educated person is considered as a resource for the development of the country. Though wisdom and intelligence hold prominence over education but without education, wisdom lacks from grounds of certainty and evidence. Aristotle a great Greek philosopher said about education, “The educated differ from the uneducated as much as the living differ from the dead.” But making education the sole criterion for politician is not a beneficial resort. India is the largest democracy in the world and its success cannot be deemed only on the educational qualification of the leaders or politicians. The debate on the issue whether educational qualification be made compulsory for politician is an emotive one. In 2015 Government of Haryana enacted Haryana Panchayati Raj (amendment) Act, 2015 setting a minimum education criterion for contesting the local body election. At the same time, the Government of Rajasthan also passed a legislation for minimum qualification in local body election. The Act outlined various levels of minimum levels of educational criteria for general candidates, women, and Dalits. A PIL was filed in Supreme Court contesting the validity of such a law. Supreme Court after hearing the contestations of both sides said, “It is only education which gives a human being the power to discriminate between right and wrong, good or bad.” On this issue supreme court said that the Government was well within its right to impose ‘reasonable restrictions’ on the rights of the people. So was the opinion that right to contest election where neither Fundamental right under constitution nor a common legal right, rather it is a statutory right. Therefore, it is well within the prerogative of any government to impose minimum qualification criteria. The Supreme court also opined that the criteria may lead to disqualification of large number of candidates. But the legislation by the government was not arbitrary because the classification was reasonable and based on intelligible differentia. It is desirable to make a minimum qualification be enforced so that our leaders are equipped with the ability to comprehend various issues with far sighted vision, education is an enlighten vision. However, electing a right person to run the country may be difficult. A leader must be elected through observation of his communication skills, literacy level, patriotism, honesty etc. The electorate should be wise enough to analyse the background of the electing contestant in case the arguable or debated criteria that is education is not at par. Earning and possessing highly educational degrees may be a bonus but making education mandatory is contradictory since a good leader must be more committed to social service than a mere holder of degrees without the ability of making a contributary change. Also, politicians are modern citizens for the common people therefore it is imperative that they have educational qualification which can motivate common masses which can emulate them. It is evident that good and successful governance depends on the quality of leadership which is polished through education. Hence minimum education is must for politicians..

He is my brother,
My best friend,

My best little buddy

Sometimes he bites me

“Maths is Fun or Fear”
Mathematics has always been a subject of extreme. The word ‘mathematics’ gives terror to lots of students, whereas there is a small percentage who love it to the core.
It doesn’t need expensive equipment, huge money or manpower to understand. It just needs a little focus. Mathematics is an Art, which can be developed by some practice and practical application in real life.
If we understand MATHS, it becomes a fun full as other subject. It just requires a change in our perceptions; it becomes alive from boring. So, lets break the perception from scary to fun.
Maths is daily lived life. Mathematics is very important for everyone to understand as it deals with almost everything we see, get or know in this world and hence fear of math is not good for real life.
Maths is amazing only when we commit to do it. When we deal our life and we add mathematics to our other skills, our life becomes easier. To achieve your wildest dreams, you have to go through your greatest fears.
So, I would ask students “try try, don’t cry “.

राँची शहर भारत के झारखंड राज्य की राजधानी है। यह शहर प्रकृति, हरियाली, शांति, जंगलों और पर्यटन स्थलों से भरा हुआ है, जिसे देखते ही सभी का मन आकर्षित हो जाता है ।मेरे शहर राँची में अनेक पर्यटन स्थल हैं। राँची अपने प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य, झरना, मंदिर आदि के लिए बहुत प्रसिद्ध है। यहाँ सूर्य मंदिर, टैगोर हिल, पतरातू घाटी, जगन्नाथ मंदिर, रॉक गार्डन, बिरसा जैविक उद्यान, नक्षत्र वन, कांके डैम, जोन्हा फॉल, सीता फॉल आदि जैसे अनेक आकर्षक एवं शांति प्रदान करने वाले पर्यटन स्थल हैं। ये पृथ्वी पर स्वर्ग की तरह दिखते हैं। ये हमारी समृद्धि एवं सांस्कृतिक विरासत को भी दर्शाते हैं। हमारा राँची शहर प्रकृति से परिपूर्ण है, जहाँ चारों ओर हरियाली से भरे हुए मनमोहक दृश्य हैं। हमें अपने शहर के पर्यटन स्थलों को अपने तक ही सीमित नहीं रखना चाहिए बल्कि यहाँ के पर्यटन स्थलों का पूरे विश्व में प्रचार करना चाहिए, जिससे लोगों को हमारे राज्य में स्थित पर्यटन स्थलों की और अधिक जानकारी मिले और वे हमारे शहर के पर्यटन स्थलों की ओर आकर्षित हों | इससे राँची का नाम विश्व पटल पर प्रसिद्ध होगा।
