Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee academic programs and classroom activities.
  • Implement and monitor curriculum standards to ensure quality education delivery.
  • Lead and guide teachers in developing effective lesson plans and assessment methods.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews for teaching staff.
